Liz Johnson

Liz has 34 years of Real Estate experience! In 1991 Liz earned her Real Estate license and then proceeded to earn her GRI (The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute). She enjoys working with people and helping them succeed in finding a home in the mountains close to all of the amenities of Yosemite and Bass Lake. Whether it's their retirement home, dream home or a "stepping stone" toward better things to come, there is always a feeling of satisfaction and excitement in finding the right place.

Liz loves the small town feel of Eastern Madera County. She’s lived in Eastern Madera for 30+ years and has raised her kids there. She enjoys the small town feel, like going to the grocery store and running into people she’s known for years. Liz also loves the convenience of being close to Bass Lake and Yosemite. Day trips are not too exhausting and the beauty is refreshing!

Liz’s dad was in the army and so as a kid she grew up in multiple areas. She was born in Germany and lived there for several years with her family, then spent some time on the East Coast and then they made their way to California. Liz has been married for 33 years. Her husband and her have lived in the mountain area most of that time. She has two adult sons and three grandchildren, which she loves spending time with.

In Liz's free time she loves to be outside. Whether it's hiking, riding a bike, swimming, fishing with her husband, camping or working in the garden, she says, “It’s always nice to get out.” She also enjoys photography and spending time with her granddaughters. It has always been a dream of hers to live on the road in her trailer for a year and travel throughout the U.S., exploring every state.

She is a good listener, patient, a team player, always has a positive attitude and has compassion for others. She’s calm under stress and level headed. She doesn't give up very easily and has a lot of years of experience in real estate which allows her to share her wisdom with her clients.
